Happiness In A Sentence
Happiness is either a noisy, or quiet beautiful feeling of enlivening vibrations pulsating relaxation into the senses, dancing in the muscles; experiences of smiling softly, eyes sparkling, moments being loved for their vital presence; understanding the echoing certainty of a connection to everything, grasping the assurance that what is right now is for certain impacting futures, futures that cannot yet be imagined, arising a sense of wanting to fertilize this moment with something life sustaining, something good, very, very good; brushing the teeth a minute longer, smiling more deeply as you look into the mirror, asking with kindness about someone’s well-being who is unhappy with you, realizing everything is interweaving into a marvelous tapestry of light and dark colors of love and existence, realizing all has value, and in the moment to sense blessings around you, even in bleakness, it is happiness – being with the moment in a flow filled with your utter seriousness and care, deliberate focus on what is your mission and your vision, responsibility for not causing harm, kindness to all, patience when anxiety arises, conscious to your responsivenes, peacefulness when aggression wants to be expressed, awareness of your brilliance and intelligence, holding on to the energy of joy, claiming the juiciness of aliveness; distrust is being left behind, choosing to make happiness your legacy, knowing the power to choose and appreciate the few moments we all have in our precious bodies, receiving conflict as a passing moment showing us another way, nurturing what is truly needed, and loving these needs as seeds which are actualizing limitless happiness, happiness which is the pulsation of uninhibited satisfaction, pleasure, appreciating something in the tragedy of loss, surrendering to what cannot be reversed, trusting wisdom is always waiting to be embraced by you, softening the tension of desperation, thriving in softness, freedom to always plan and commit to what it is you wish to create, kindness to differences, caring of that which creates conflictual feelings, gentle breezes of realizing “You are all right;” happiness is seeing the porcelain on the bathtub waiting to contain you for the water to bathe you, hearing the white noise on the streets reminding you of the vast community surrounding and supporting you, smelling the office air sustaining you, feeling your feet in the shoes which are claiming your identity with your reality, tasting your own saliva, intuiting this is your life, your life; what power, what joy, what happiness, surpassing anything Houdini, tight rope walkers, extreme athletes have ever been able to manage, to challenge, to realize that every moment has many realities, and that you have the power to smile, to be faithful to your happiness, and to those around you. Happiness is your decision.
